One of those lives is my daughter's!! On March 22, 2019 she was diagnosed with CML, yup only 15 yrs old, CML is an "old person's Leukemia... she is "the lucky 1%!" per her doctors. But because of LLS she has not only 1 treatment... but now a 2nd treatment!!  and with your help she will not only have treatments but a CURE!!! She celebrated her 16th Birthday and it was an amazing day with dear friends that made it so very special... help us give her 17th birthday a gift of a cure!!! Please donate and help me reach my goal! I not only ride and work hard being the captain of "The Hive" for my daughter but i also honor my parents, Kathleen and Dick Ferris who both died from Leukemia.

LLS's continued advancements over the years, are responsible for the blood cancer survival rate doubling and tripling; in some cases, the survival rate has even quadrupled.

And many LLS supported therapies not only help blood cancer patients but are now used to treat patients with rare forms of stomach and skin cancers. They're even being tested in clinical trials for patients with a range of cancers including lung, brain, breast, pancreatic and prostate cancers. LLS funded drugs are now being tested for patients with other non-cancerous diseases like Diabetes, Rheumatoid Arthritis and Multiple Sclerosis.

We really are changing the face of blood cancer!
