2020 Scenic Shore 150 Premier Sponsor

September 12, 2020

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) is carefully monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation in our community, as well as other local events and organizations to evaluate our plans and act in a timely and responsible way, and making changes to its schedule of events as warranted. Our first priority is the safety of our participants, volunteers, staff and all members of the public in our fundraising and mission events. Thus, we have made the decision to postpone the Scenic Shore Bike Tour until September 12, 2020 and will be changing the ride to one-day only for 2020.

We will be offering several route options including 25-mile, 40-mile, 75-mile, and Century Loop.

  • The routes will be a loop that starts and ends in Mequon. There will be no overnight in Manitowoc.

This decision to postpone was not an easy one, and we apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause. As a valued Scenic Shore Bike Tour and LLS volunteer, we want to assure you that as we move toward September 12th, we will continue to monitor the CDC website, and adhere to national government and local health official guidance. We encourage you to stay informed, as well: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/specific-groups/guidance-business-response.html

In the meantime, it’s business as usual, and we will continue to plan for an inspiring event that brings together friends, family and colleagues to raise critical funds for blood cancer research and patient education and support.

Please email our staff team at scenicshore150@lls.org  or call (262) 785-4272 with specific questions.
