In 2017, my family's world was rocked when ​​​​​my dad was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). He endured chemo and radiation for a year and was in and out of the hospital for weeks at a time. Finally, in 2018, he received a stem cell transplant and his body began the rebuilding process and today his AML is in remission! Thanks to your support, my family and I were able to fight through those challenging times and I am proud to say that my dad is a survivor.
