Our campaign finishes in 7 days and we still have around 150 bags of coffee that needs selling. We ned your help. Please help us by telling your frriends and family about our cause. Coffee is $10 per bag. 100% goes to LLS.

Friday 10am the 19th Feb 2021 to Thursday 25th February 6pm MT. Pre Auction for TREE HOUSE EXPERIENCE 

We are getting the party started early for our (LLS) Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Silent Auction on the 27th February.  Who loves a TREE HOUSE? How much would you pay for a sleep over in a TREE HOUSE? We are offering a one night TREE HOUSE stay for 4 people over the summer (June - August) in Evergreen Colorado. We are throwing in a pancake breakfast 4pm to 10am. If you would like this EXPERIENCE please email teamatozcancerfree@gmail.com with your BID. The offer will be open from Friday 10am the 19th Feb 2021 to 6pm Thursday 25th February. Winner will be notified via email/posted on social media on the 27th February 2021

 More details- It would be "Glamping" No plumbing (there is a camping porta potty), 4 x camping bunk beds and one hammock inside and one hammock on TREE HOUSE deck. Bring your own sleeping bags, bunks and camp mattress supplied.

 

 

Saturday 27th February 10.30am- 3.30pm  Walgreen's Evergreen, 3510 Evergreen Pkwy, Evergreen, CO 80439. We will be there for you to buy coffee $10 per bag or to pick up coffee orders. We will be inside if inclement weather.

 

Saturday 27th February at 6.30PM LLS Silent Auction.  We have some awsome items up for auction. Email teamatozcancerfree@gmail.com if you have any questions. Make sure you get registered for the Grand Finale. This is how to bid on auction items and get the Zoom link to attend the finale. For individuals under 18, register here For individuals over 18 years of age, register here. A credit card is required to donate or bid on auction items through GiveSmart. The credit card on file will only be charged if you win a silent auction item(s) or make a donation through GiveSmart for Fund The Fight.

Steps to book work out classes

Steps to booking your workout class:

1. Donate your preferred amount (suggested donation of $20 per class, but pay what you can/sliding scale! All are welcome!)

2. In the comment section on the donation page, please put your email and which class you would like to attend (this information is private)

3. Once we have this information, we will email you the Zoom link for the class

4. Both classes will be recorded, so even if you cannot attend on the day of the event, you can still donate to receive a recording of the class!

5. Hop on Zoom and enjoy!

If you have not had a chance to look into how LLS is helping find a cure for blood cancer I ask you to click on this link to learn a little more or share this link with someone you may know now, suffering from a blood cancer, that may need emotional and financial support. www.lls.org or 
 
As I have said previously some of us have been lucky not to be directly affected by cancer, but many have not been as fortunate.  Since we have started fundraising, we have learned a lot ourselves and met many people who have survived or been affected by Blood Cancer, one in particular wrote this to me.

"My mom died from leukemia in 2015. I have been engaged with LLS since she was first diagnosed in 2003. We have walked Light the Night every year for years; I did Team in Training a couple times. So, we are fully bought into supporting LLS, and the truth is, the resources they provide to families and patients really are remarkable. The research they're doing helped my mom live 11 extra years, so she was able to meet all of her grandchildren. Amazing - amazing. "

When we hear these stories, it makes us try to work harder for the cause. 

Team A-Z have aimed for a lofty goal of $50,000, with your help they can achieve it.
 
We have many ways you can help make a difference: 
  1. Business sponsorship. Great way to let people know your business as a good corporate citizen supports community programs
  2. Connect Amy and Zack with a business that does "match donation amounts".
  3. Personal donation, an average personal donation ask is $250, although anything helps.
  4. If you can't donate money you can help by sharing our request with your personal or business contacts asking for donations on our behalf or on social media. 
  5. Donation of an article to the value of $150 or more for our auction at the end of February 2021. 
  6. Buy Team A-Z Cancer Free Branded Allegro coffee @ $10.00 per bag. 100% goes to LLS or make a general donation by clicking this link and following the instructions below: 
How to buy your coffee:

  2. Go to the donation button and put in the price of coffee that you would like to buy. (Example: If you want 5 bags of coffee you would put in $50.00 in the donation section)
  3. There will be a comment section where you must put in your name, your email, how many bags of coffee you want, and whether you want ground coffee or whole bean coffee. 
  4. We will email you back within 2 business days and give you a location and time to pick up the bags at Bergen Village Shopping Center (near King Soopers Intersection and Citywide Bank).
