Since its inception in 1988, Team In Training (TNT) has coached more than 600,000 participants nationwide to take part in a variety of endurance sports – everything from marathons to triathlons and century bike rides. For the fifth year, we’re thrilled to include ROWING in our Seattle-area line-up.
By signing up to row with TNT, you’ll receive:
- Three coached sessions per week and use of indoor rowing facility 24/7
- Race weekend celebration and team jersey

Event: Greenlake Summer Extravaganza Regatta – Saturday, August 4
Practice Days/Times: Tuesday & Thursdays, 6-8 PM; Saturday Mornings (Time TBD)

Fundraising Commitment: $2,000. With the help of experienced fundraising specialists, you’ll raise funds to help the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) support cutting-edge research projects in the most promising areas of cancer research. LLS also uses these funds to offer a wide-range of support for patients, survivors, families and healthcare professionals.
The row team is limited to 19 members and is for beginner through intermediate-level rowers, age 18 and above. National Team member and full-time Pocock Rowing Center coach David Smith will be providing the training, bringing a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to the Team.
