2018 marks the 45th year of the FIJI Run for Leukemia. The run takes place each year in memory of brother Rod Morgan, a K-State FIJI who passed away from leukemia in 1974. In Rod’s memory, FIJI members from both universities are raising money for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society to support research to find cures and support families undergoing treatment. FIJI’s from the KU and K-State will literally run a football in an 86 mile relay from Lawrence, KS to Manhattan, KS in honor of the Sunflower Showdown football game on November 10th.
