Please join the Massapequa Turkey Trot Team in supporting The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS), by making a donation to our fundraising campaign. Again this year, Massapequa Turkey Trot racers will be participating in honor of LLS, on November 22nd.
LLS's continued advancements over the years, are responsible for the blood cancer survival rate doubling and tripling; in some cases, the survival rate has even quadrupled. These therapies are not only saving lives of blood cancer patients, but patients of other cancers and autoimmune diseases as well.
While LLS-funded break through research has changed the face of blood cancer, there is still much work to be done. With your support, LLS can continue funding cutting-edge research, patient care. advocacy, public and professional education, and community services as well.
