This guy right here is Larry medley better known as  My “Pop Pop”. Back in the 60’s Pop Pop became a chinook helicopter pilot in the Vietnam war where he served 3 years. Pop pop always used to tell us crazy stories of his time in high school and in the military. In 2016 pop pop beat prostate cancer, and just two weeks ago we found out that he beat throat cancer! Although he is a survivor,cancer treatment has really taken a toll on his body. Me and my teammates hope to make a difference for people like pop pop by raising money for cancer research 

Hello everyone my name is Dylan Hudson! I am a senior at Tuscarora High School in Leesburg Virginia and I am so excited to work with all of you. I have a deep passion for two things: leadership/entrepreneurship, and helping those in need. I chose to work with LLS because they research cures for blood cancer and after all, all cancers do stem from the blood. The research LLS does helps people with cancers of all kind, and if we can figure out how to cure blood cancer, the rest of the cures will be right around the corner.
