Kevin's Students of the Year Fundraiser
My friend and co-candidate Jenny Snyder formed the team “Bluebird”. We chose the name “Bluebird” because we wanted to choose something that symbolizes hope for us. Bluebird reminded us of Disney and the innocence of youth that we hope every child gets to experience as we work toward finding a cure for blood cancer. In order to accomplish this, I am asking my friends and family to help us assist the efforts of the LLS to find a cure.
Jenny and I care deeply about giving back to our community and helping those in need. Volunteering is one of our passions, and we are very excited to be able to help countless people through LLS. We are eternally grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this organization to help those who need it most while also allowing us to learn valuable lessons and skills that we will carry on into future volunteer endeavors. Additionally, I am very passionate about helping LLS as I have made several friends who have struggled and overcome cancer. Their journeys to recovery have been incredibly inspiring, and I want to do my part in making sure that cancer is a thing of the past.
Please help us in our efforts by donating and sharing our pages!
Kevin's Students of the Year Fundraiser
Hi! My name is Kevin Tian, and I have been blessed with the opportunity to participate in The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) Students of the Year 2022 campaign. This seven-week fundraising competition (February 11th to April 1st) aims to raise as much money as possible in support of.
The mission to cure cancer is closer than ever. I truly believe that my generation will be the one to find a cure, and you can directly contribute to this cancer-free future. Each charitable dollar you contribute to our campaign makes an impactful difference. One hundred percent of these funds go directly to LLS in support of its longstanding mission to cure Leukemia, Lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease, and Myeloma and to improve the quality of life of patients and their families.
Many LLS-supported therapies not only help blood cancer patients but are also now used to treat patients with rare forms of stomach and skin cancers and are in clinical trials for patients with lung, brain, breast, pancreatic, and prostate cancers. And LLS-funded drugs, like targeted therapies and immunotherapies, are now saving thousands of lives every day.
We really are getting close to our goal of a world without blood cancers!
All donations are greatly appreciated and tax-deductible. They'll not only support LLS research, but patient services, advocacy, public and professional education, and community services as well.
Please visit my website often and tell friends who would also like to donate!
On behalf of blood cancer patients everywhere, thank you for your support! For more information about LLS, please visit www.lls.org
