These past seven weeks have been truly amazing and I am overwhelmed by each and every one of you that has helped me! I wanted to say thank you again to every person that has donated, each donation has made me one step closer to my goal and made us one step closer to a world without cancer!   

Hi Family and Friends!

I am honored to be a candidate for Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) Students of the Year. Students of the Year is a seven week program (February 5, 2021 - March 26, 2021) in which high school students from around the country participate in a fundraising competition to benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. The candidate that raises the most money at the end of the seven weeks is named Student of the Year. My mission is to raise funds and also awareness of these blood cancers as they are common in children.

Each dollar you donate makes an impact and difference in the lives of blood cancer patients and their families. One hundred percent of these funds goes directly to LLS in support of its longstanding mission to find a cure for blood cancers and improve the quality of lives of patients and their families.

Sadly, many of the patients are children. It is the opportunity to raise funds to help children like Daeshawn (age 7) and Leighton (age 3), this years Boy and Girl of the Year from Pittsburgh, that inspired me to be part of Students of The Year. I hope the money I raise will help more children battling cancer!
