Please join me in supporting The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) by making a donation to my fundraising campaign! Thanks to your support, I can further my efforts in raising money to fund the therapies and treatments of blood cancer and help save lives today.

My inspiration to run for this campaign is my Great Aunt Carol, who was diagnosed with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) several years ago. Though there is no cure, she fought through chemotherapy for years, and I could only imagine how hard that was for her. She is a very important part of my life, and seeing her fight through this disease was heartbreaking. Thankfully, she has been in remission, and is looking healthier every day. I hope to help others that are/were battling with blood cancers in honor of her tenacity and fight for survival. She is one of the strongest and most loving people I have ever met, and I am so grateful to run this campaign as a thank you for all that she has taught me. In my mission to provide all of the help I can give to patients, survivors, and loved ones involving blood cancer, LLS has provided all of the available resources to help, and I am so thankful to work with this amazing organization. 

LLS's continued advancements over the years, are responsible for the blood cancer survival rate doubling and tripling; in some cases, the survival rate has even quadrupled.

And many LLS supported therapies not only help blood cancer patients but are now used to treat patients with rare forms of stomach and skin cancers. They're even being tested in clinical trials for patients with a range of cancers including lung, brain, breast, pancreatic and prostate cancers. LLS funded drugs are now being tested for patients with other non-cancerous diseases like Diabetes, Rheumatoid Arthritis and Multiple Sclerosis.

We really are changing the face of blood cancer!
