Crawford County's Student Visionaries of the Year Fundraiser
Dear Family and Friends,
This year we are privileged to be nominated as candidates for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) 2024 Student Visionaries of the Year campaign. Students of the Year is a seven-week fundraising competition from February 2nd to March 22nd, 2024 to raise money in support of LLS. Together as a team Crawford County Hope Project, we will raise the funds necessary to benefit those who need them. We are asking you to help us assist the efforts of LLS to find a cure for blood cancer.
We are very passionate about helping LLS. We are excited to raise funds for LLS because the research they fund is going beyond blood cancers to help with treatments for other forms of cancer. We also have known people in our school community and our church that have been impacted by leukemia or lymphoma. We believe in their mission to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease, and myeloma, and improve the quality of life for patients and their families.
Every three minutes, someone in the US is diagnosed with a blood cancer. Each charitable dollar you contribute makes an impacting difference. The funds that are being raised are in honor of our honored heroes, Nora and Bobby. One hundred percent of these funds go directly to LLS in support of its longstanding mission to find a cure for blood cancers and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.
Please join us to help support the efforts of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society by donating.
Our campaign goal over this seven-week period is $20,000 and all tax-deductible donations must be received by March 22nd, 2023.
Check: Please make all checks payable to “The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society” and print “Crawford County Hope Project” in the Memo section. Please mail all checks to us at: 737 Shawnee Road, Meadville, PA 16335.

We all love helping others and this is something that we have enjoyed putting our efforts into. We have been planning this fundraiser since December 2023 and we hope that our efforts will pay off in the end.
Thank you in advance for your support!

Crawford County's Student Visionaries of the Year Fundraiser
Visionaries look to the future—and see infinite possibility.
They challenge the status quo—and make the impossible possible.
They boldly imagine a better world – and lead the charge to create it.
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society was built on that same vision - of a better world - one without blood cancers.
I am a visionary; I have a vision for a world without cancer, but I need your help.
This year, I’m proud to be a part of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) Student Visionaries of the Year Campaign, working to raise as much as possible for LLS’s mission.
As a global leader in the fight against blood cancer, LLS:
- Funds cutting-edge research leading to breakthroughs in immunotherapy, genomics and personalized medicine that are improving and saving the lives of patients
- Provides free education and support for blood cancer patients and families, including personalized, one-on-one support, assistance with identifying and enrolling in clinical trials, and more.
- Mobilizes thousands of advocates to drive policy changes that accelerate the development of new cancer treatments and break down barriers to care.
Please consider joining this fight by making a donation. All donations are greatly appreciated and tax-deductible. Please visit my website often and tell friends who would also like to donate!
Thanks to your support, my efforts will help ensure this generation is the last to see cancer.
On behalf of blood cancer patients everywhere, thank you!
