Caitlin's Student Visionaries of the Year Fundraiser
About me:
Hi, my name is Caitlin Jesse! I have had the honor of being nominated as a candidate for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) 2025 Eastern Wisconsin Student Visionaries of the Year campaign. I am so excited to take part in this program, the goal of LLS is one near and dear to my heart. As someone who’s lost multiple family members to cancers, I believe everyone should have a chance to get the help and resources they need to continue their fight. Programs like these help bring strength and hope to patients, that’s what inspired me to choose the team name, “Believe In the Cure”.
Being a visionary:
Being a visionary means looking to the future and seeing infinite possibilities, Challenge the status quo and working to make the impossible possible; Imagining a better world and leading the charge to create it. These traits of a visionary align with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's vision and hope for a world without cancer. My team and I are hard at work brainstorming ideas and ways to help LLS, our specific field of interest we’d like to specialize in is patient education and support.
More about LLS:
