Emmie's Student Visionaries of the Year Fundraiser
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is a cause near to my heart. In the summer of 2022, I lost my amazing grandfather after a long battle with lymphoma, a cancer of the lymphatic system. I am now on a mission to raise money for LLS to honor his memory and the legacy he left behind. Skylar Consiglio, Maddie Hatfield, and I created team High Hopes with a dream of finding a cure to blood cancer.
LLS is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to funding research, advocating for blood cancer patients and their families, and providing crucial resources and support to those who need it most. By supporting LLS, you're making a positive impact on the lives of countless patients and families of those fighting blood cancer. Your donation will help to advance these efforts, bringing us closer to eliminating blood cancer for good.
Every dollar counts, and your donation will make an incredible difference in the lives of those impacted by blood cancer. Please consider making a contribution to the High Hopes fundraising campaign in honor of both my grandpa and all those who have been impacted by blood cancer. Together, we can help make a difference in the fight against blood cancers.
Thank you for your support!

High Hopes - Student Visionaries of the Year Fundraiser
Visionaries look to the future—and see infinite possibility.
They challenge the status quo—and make the impossible possible.
They boldly imagine a better world – and lead the charge to create it.
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society was built on that same vision - of a better world - one without blood cancers.
I am a visionary; I have a vision for a world without cancer, but I need your help.
This year, I’m proud to be a part of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) Student Visionaries of the Year Campaign, working to raise as much as possible for LLS’s mission.
As a global leader in the fight against blood cancer, LLS:
- Funds cutting-edge research leading to breakthroughs in immunotherapy, genomics and personalized medicine that are improving and saving the lives of patients
- Provides free education and support for blood cancer patients and families, including personalized, one-on-one support, assistance with identifying and enrolling in clinical trials, and more.
- Mobilizes thousands of advocates to drive policy changes that accelerate the development of new cancer treatments and break down barriers to care.
Please consider joining this fight by making a donation. All donations are greatly appreciated and tax-deductible. Please visit my website often and tell friends who would also like to donate!
Thanks to your support, my efforts will help ensure this generation is the last to see cancer.
On behalf of blood cancer patients everywhere, thank you!

Emmie- I’m a friend of your mom’s and am so proud of you and your classmates for organizing this fundraiser. My mom’s younger brother passed away at 13 from leukemia. I unfortunately never got to meet him. Good luck and thank you for supporting such a wonderful cause.

Even though I never met him, I know that Laura’s dad was a very special person because Laura is too ❤️
