Since the 1960s, survival rates for many blood cancer patients have doubled, tripled, or even quadrupled. Thanks to the growing survival rates, people such as my team leader Bethany are able to beat cancer and live on to fight until it no longer exists.

This campaign is in honor of my team leader Bethany who was diagnosed with Lymphoma only a year ago and is currently in remission, as well as in memory of my Aunt Diane who passed away in August of 2019 after a long and well-fought battle with bladder cancer. To all of those out there who have been affected by cancer, both as a patient or as a loved one to a patient, my heart goes out to you.
