They boldly imagine a better world – and lead the charge to create it. The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society was built on that same vision - of a better world - one without blood cancers.

This year, I’m proud to be a part of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) Student Visionaries of the Year Campaign, working to raise as much as possible for LLS’s mission. Student Visionaries of the Year is a seven-week leadership development program that runs from January 12th to March 5th to raise money to help blood cancer patients not only survive but thrive after treatment.

LLS is a global leader in the fight against cancer and

• Funds cutting-edge research leading to breakthroughs in immunotherapy, genomics and personalized medicine that are improving and saving the lives of patients
• Provides free education and support for blood cancer patients and families, including personalized, one-on-one support, assistance with identifying and enrolling in clinical trials, and more.
• Mobilizes thousands of advocates to drive policy changes that accelerate the development of new cancer treatments and break down barriers to care.

Our candidate team is particularly passionate about Research and will be representing this area of LLS during my campaign.

We have all been touched by cancer in one way or another, but we are not alone in the fight against it! Through LLS I want to create a world where everyone gets to celebrate more milestones without fearing cancer. And I know that you want the same! Every single contribution makes a difference, especially to patients and their families. Your donation not only helps me reach my goal, but more importantly funds cancer research to make sure that future generations don’t have to fight cancer.
