Being a part of a team and mission like this is so important to me because I have personally witnessed the impact cancer has on families and individuals. For the past six years, my great uncle has battled stage 4 pancreatic cancer, and my dad has fought and struggled with serious melanoma for several years. Both of these cancers are positively impacted by the innovative research, advocacy, and fundraising efforts of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. I am fighting for people like my dad and great uncle!
