I first would like to thank everyone who has donated to my fundraiser for LLS, and I would like to make a special announcement that I am co-hosting a fundraising event at Parktown Pizza (Willow Glen) along with HAYLEN Luxury Homes, a team of amazing real estate agents based in San Jose!  At the event, there will be silent auctioning, raffles, and entertainment!  The event takes place on Sunday, March 20th, 2022 at 11 AM - 3 PM at Parktown Pizza, Willow Glen.  Additionally, Parktown Pizza has graciously agreed to donate 15% Proceeds made from food purchases during the alotted time period to the fundraising cause!!  Please show your support by coming to our event and contributing with money or raffle/auction items!  More information can be found at the link to RSVP for the event Below:

I will never forget the first time I was exposed to the reality of cancer and its devastating effects - a family friend’s daughter who had passed away after a long battle.  Hearing about her passing broke my heart, and knowing there are other families out there who’ve experienced this and more, I was encouraged to do more and help make our society become cancer-free.  If there was a way to help families, patients, and research made towards curing cancer, wouldn’t you want to help out?  Here is the perfect opportunity to do good in our society - any contribution matters, big or small. In memory of anyone you've lost, known, or even heard about who has had cancer- do it for them. Do it to help our society get one step closer to being cancer free. 

I have signed up to save lives with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) and am working to raise as much as possible over the next 7 weeks. Every dollar raised counts as one vote for my campaign. The candidate(s) whose team tallies the most votes earns the prestigious title of Student or Students of the Year. Will you help me earn that title?
 
As you know, everyone wins when cancer loses. Thanks to your support, my efforts will help fund therapies and treatments that are saving lives. Over the years, support from people like you has been responsible for the blood cancer advancements that have doubled, tripled, and in some cases quadrupled the survival rate for some blood cancers.
 
Many LLS-supported therapies not only help blood cancer patients but are also now used to treat patients with rare forms of stomach and skin cancers and are in clinical trials for patients with lung, brain, breast, pancreatic and prostate cancers. And LLS-funded drugs like targeted therapies and immunotherapies are now saving thousands of lives every day.
 
We really are getting close to our goal of a world without blood cancers!
