Dear Friends & Family,

We have come to together and created a team named Harry’s Heroes in honor and remembrance of Mercedez’s father Harry, who we lost to blood cancer last March.

Mercedez’s strength & courage has been nothing short of awe inspiring and we are raising funding for cancer research so that other families never have to go through what she has. We want future families to be spared of pain and with you help, I know we can. 

The mission of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) is: Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. 

LLS is advancing its mission with many incredible accomplishments! LLS was founded 70 years ago, and since then, it has created 1.3 BILLION dollars for research. LLS has also funded 46 of the last 53 cancer drugs approved by the FDA. Lastly, while all LLS funded research begins in blood cancer, LLS has actually funded 60% of the blood cancer therapies that are now being used to treat other forms of cancer! So when you support LLS, you are ultimately helping to create clinical breakthroughs in multiple forms of cancer such as breast, brain & colon cancer.

But there is still more to do because every 3 minutes, someone in our country is diagnosed with a blood cancer.
