Hi everyone! My name is Tori Hoffman and I am currently a junior at Trinity Hall. 

I am beyond excited to announce that I am participating in the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Student Visionary of the Year Program! Cancer is a very personal topic for me, as it is for many, being that I have lost several family members to the horrible disease, specifically my grandma, Linda Rehrer. Through her experience, I realized just how many difficulties come with navigating through treatment. This is one reason why my team and I have dedicated our campaign to LLS' mission pillar of patient education and support. This works directly with the patient to teach them about their diagnosis and provide them with care throughout their treatments. 

My team, known as Team Teens Tackling Cancer, and I have set ourselves a huge goal of $150,000 and we hope you will help us reach it. We are all very passionate about this topic and dedicated to making a difference in the fight against cancer.

As a global leader in the fight against blood cancer, LLS:

• Funds cutting-edge research leading to breakthroughs in immunotherapy, genomics and personalized medicine that are improving and saving the lives of patients
