Hi! 

I am Morgan Cliver, a 9th-grade student at Hopewell Valley Central High School, and am super excited to be sharing this news with you.

I have signed up to save lives with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) and am working to raise as much as possible over the next 7 weeks. Every dollar raised counts as one vote for my campaign. The team that raises the most money is given the Student of the Year title. This campaign is not about a title for me. It is about changing as many lives as I can. 

I am honoring those who have battled blood cancers and raising money that will go directly to LLS for its longstanding mission to find a cure and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. Along with Zaid and my team, I will work to increase awareness about the impact of blood cancers and the cutting-edge treatments that are currently being researched, as well as inspire others to join the fight to find a cure.
 

Many LLS-supported therapies not only help blood cancer patients but are also now used to treat patients with rare forms of stomach and skin cancers and are in clinical trials for patients with lung, brain, breast, pancreatic and prostate cancers. And LLS-funded drugs like targeted therapies and immunotherapies are now saving thousands of lives every day.
 
With this fundraising, we are getting one step closer to a generation that is not harmed by cancer.
