We are team Broncos for a Breakthrough for this year's Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's annual Students of the Year Campaign! Our mission is to raise as many funds and awareness for LLS from January 13th to March 6th.
LLS has been doing remarkable work since 1949, such as supporting patients undergoing cancer treatment and approving a whopping 60 of the 71 FDA approved treatments. Using the funds we Broncos raise over the course of the campaign, LLS will be able to help those who need it most during the tough times of this pandemic. The treatments they help fund not only help blood cancer patients, but patients of other diseases as well, and the well being of every person on this planet is of utmost importance to us. Our dedication to LLS solidifies more and more each day as we continue campaigning and working with our incredible team. We understand the devastation caused by the bully that is cancer, and we hope to be part of the generation that takes down that bully once and for all. Being a part of LLS has taught us so much about how blood cancer affects countless lives, and hearing the touching stories of those who have faced such cancers reminds us what we are working for: a better future where nobody has to deal with the tragedy that is losing someone to blood cancer ever again

As high school students, it’s hard not to let your age dictate how much of an impact you can make. With this campaign, we are inspired to change the world, even as high schoolers.
