Cancer. We all hate that word and unfortunately everyone is touched by it in some way. Approximately every 3 minutes someone in the United States is diagnosed with a blood cancer. Blood cancer can affect people of all ages and is not something to fight alone. Our team, Answer for Cancer, has joined in this endeavor in hopes to gain support and raise awareness to defeat cancer. We are honored to return as a team for the 2020 Students of the Year campaign for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS).  The funds raised from this campaign supports LLS’ longstanding mission to find cures for blood cancers, and to support patients and their families.

With the donations that are given, LLS will provide scientists and researchers with the funds to hopefully find a successful cure for blood cancers. Since 2017, LLS has helped advance 45 of the 51 FDA approved blood cancer treatments, which has not only been used to treat blood cancer patients, but also those affected by other cancers and diseases, like breast and liver cancers, Multiple Sclerosis, and Alzheimer's Disease.
