Students of the Year Fundraiser!!!
I am very passionate and excited about helping raise money for LLS this year because I know how much of an impact my team can make, and I am personally connected to the difficult circumstances related to cancer. My AMAZING Grandmother, Eugenia, battled and beat ovarian cancer in 2003-2004. Unfortunately, not everyone diagnosed with cancer has the same outcome as my grandmother did by defeating it. Her courage is one of the many reasons why I am so passionate about raising money alongside my team for LLS. My grandmother is a huge inspiration for me, and I would love to raise money in honor of her strength in overcoming her cancer!
Why is this Fundraiser so important?
I have been given the amazing opportunity to be a part of the campaign team to help fight cancer. I am joining the team of my friend Banks Bradley who has been nominated as a candidate for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Students of the Year 2021. This is a seven-week fundraising competition to raise money in support of LLS starting January 20th, 2021 – March 11th, 2021. As a part of Team “In It to End It”, with your help I will be working to help raise the funds necessary to make a difference in the fight against Leukemia & Lymphoma. I am asking my friends and family to help support the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society to find a cure for blood cancer.
As you know, everyone wins when cancer loses. Thanks to your support, my efforts will help fund therapies and treatments that are saving lives. Over the years, support from people like you has been responsible for the blood cancer advancements that have doubled, tripled, and in some cases quadrupled the survival rate for some blood cancers. THAT IS AMAZING NEWS!!
Many LLS-supported therapies not only help blood cancer patients but are also now used to treat patients with rare forms of stomach and skin cancers and are in clinical trials for patients with lung, brain, breast, pancreatic and prostate cancers. And LLS-funded drugs like targeted therapies and immunotherapies are now saving thousands of lives every day!! Are you really taking in all the goodness your donation will make!!??
We really are getting close to our goal of a world without blood cancers!
All donations are greatly appreciated and TAX- DEDUCTIBLE. They'll not only support LLS research, but patient services, advocacy, public and professional education, and community services as well.
Please visit my website often and tell any friends who would also like to donate!!
On behalf of blood cancer patients everywhere, thank you for your support! For more information about LLS, please visit www.lls.org

I love this organization as my Dad passed away in 2014 after an 18 year battle with CLL. Thanks for all your doing.
