As you probably know, LLS It is a nationwide, student-driven fundraising organization that raises money in support of cancer research, patient support, and policy and advocacy. My fundraising team is  Team Believe because we are driven to the goal of giving those battling cancer something to believe in!

The fundraising campaign is started February 10th to will go until April 2nd. Team Believe and I are working hard to reach our goal of $50,000 for our honored hero, Aylee Sharron. Aylee is 13 years old and has Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. She lives in Nevada and has 4 dogs, 10 chickens, and a hamster. Aylee loves All-Star Cheerleading, and her favorite team is the Brandon All-Stars. It would make a huge difference for her and her family if you consider donating.

You can help kids like Aylee get back into their favorite hobbies, such as cheerlading, by supporting our campaign.  You can help this noble cause by donating money here, having your business or organization sponsor one of our events (please contact me), or by helping me spread the word to others that you think could help the foundation. I will be personally updating you on the team's progress throughout the campaign via emails and letters.

Although I haven’t had much experience with cancer, I have had experience with LLS. My first encounter with LLS was through my friend, Garret Heisinger. Garret received LLS-funded chemotherapy during his battle with leukemia. Additionally, LLS provided emotional support and guidance for Garret and his family. 

LLS will ensure that every penny you donate is put to good use. Since 2017, LLS has helped advance and fund 85% of the blood cancer treatment options approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. They have also invested almost $1.3 billion in cancer research since 1949. LLS continues to make crucial scientific advances in the cure for cancer, and every donation matters. A lot of this research isn’t specific to blood cancers, but to other cancers and diseases such as multiple sclerosis and Alzheimer’s. Your donation will help those who need help the most, those just like Garret and Aylee.
