I'm part of a group of dedicated high schoolers that want to make a difference in partnership with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society—or LLS. Their mission is to cure Leukemia, Lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease, Myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. To accomplish this, we need your help and support to reach our goal of $50,000!

I decided to be part of LLS because my mom's cousin passed away at the age of 7 from cancer. I’ve seen the horrible effects of cancer and want to help others with it in any way I can. Cancer has always been a cause I donate to because it’s so devastating to the patients and their families. I want to assist LLS and all the doctors so that cancer can be a disease that is cured in the near future.

Even though our goal of $50,000 is high, I know that together we can help make an impact on cancer research for the better. My goal is to personally raise at least $5,000. I hope that you will choose to join us in the fight against blood cancer so that we can work towards a cancer-free future—every dollar counts!
