I decided to be a part of the team Give for Good to give back to the community. With the current worldly situation, there’s a lot to be afraid of. Helping to raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is my way of tackling just one of the many hardships that needs to be relieved. Despite everything that’s going on in the world right now, blood cancer is still a very real issue that needs to be addressed. That’s what I plan to do this year with Give for Good.

My team, Give For Good, operates under the Leukemia Lymphoma Society. For seven weeks out of the year, we work to raise money via donations and fundraisers for patients suffering from blood cancer. This year’s goal is $10,000. This money will be used to help families pay for treatments, and researchers gain ground on a cure. Give for Good strives to spread awareness on blood cancers, and provide relief for those living through it.
