Hello friends!  I am so proud of my nephew, Barry, who is participating in the Student of the Year Campaign for Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.  Thanks to your generosity, in 2011 I was named Woman of the Year raising over $80,000 in honor of this same amazing organization that is so dear to my heart!  It is really hard to beleive, this summer I will be 13 years cancer free!  It is hard to imagine how truly sick I was then and my devastating prognisis.  Thankfully I overcame the odds and it is so important to me to keep fighting for all cancer patients.  Many of you know, my sister was diagnosed with Breast Cancer this year.  I am so grateful that she will also conquer this disease, but that is all the more reason I have to keep supporting cancer research.
