Dear Friends & Family,
I’m very excited to share with you that I am participating in the 2025 Student Visionaries of the Year
campaign! Over the next 7 weeks, I will be working to raise money and awareness for The Leukemia
& Lymphoma Society (LLS) and their mission to cure blood cancers.
It’s an honor to be a part of such an outstanding group of fellow students, but an even larger honor to
be able to work for the patients, survivors and their families.

I am fundraising in honor of my friend, Parker Ford.
Parker was diagnosed with Stage 4 Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. He has been an inspiration to me with his courage and perserverence. Our team name is  "Wahoo Warriors," which was named in honor of Parker who loves to fish and who's favorite fish to catch is wahoo. We stand united with Parker as warriors against blood cancers and hope that our efforts inspire Parker to "just keep swimming" like a strong wahoo in the rough seas ahead. 

Our team goal  is to raise $150,000 between Janurary 16 and March 8. It’s a lofty goal, but we are  willing to
work hard to reach it. We cannot do it alone; We need your help! There are a few ways you can support

Not only is this campaign a great way to support LLS and their life-saving work, but it’s a great
leadership opportunity for me. I am so excited to be able to make a difference in my community in this
