Welcome to
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's
Third Annual
Over the Edge Event!
Join us on Friday, September 27th as adrenaline enthusiasts from all over Pittsburgh and beyond come together to fight leukemia and lymphoma by rappelling down the historic Koppers Building.
Over the Edge gives participants the opportunity to rappel down 22 stories in a completely safe and controlled environment. Over the Edge is more than just a rappel, it is the experience of a lifetime.
How does it work?
- Click on 'Join as Individual' under the Registration Link.
- You will set up and be able to customize your own personal fundraising page and/or make a donation on the secure page to cover your minimum!
- Once participants reach the $1,500 minimum they will be contacted to schedule their time between 9am and 4pm for Friday's event.
- Times are filled first come first serve so get that minimum met early and pick the best time for your friends to watch you go over the edge! Note: There are a limited number of rappel times available, so slots are not guaranteed until the minimum has been met!
Your participation helps The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in its efforts to find cures and ensure access to treatments for blood cancer patients. This year's event will officially kick off "walk week" starting with the amazing rappel, and ending with our Light the Night walk on at Heinz Field.
Participants are responsible for raising/donating the $1,500 fundraising minimum, but the sky is the limit on your fundraising. Prizes available to top fundraisers!
We hope that you are ready to go OVER THE EDGE to help fight blood cancers!
