Are you ready to duck, dip, dive and dodge - for a cure? Edinboro University has teamed up with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society to pilot this new national fundraiser, and we need YOU to join us to make this event a success!

Dodge The Dark is not only a fun glow in the dark dodgeball tournament, but an exciting opportunity for our community of college students, faculty leaders, alumni and dodgeball enthusiasts to come together to raise funds and awareness to fund cures for blood cancers and provide patients with the support they need.

• Approximately every 3 minutes one person in the United States (US) is diagnosed with a blood cancer.
• Approximately every 9 minutes, someone in the US dies from a blood cancer.
• Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is the most common cancer in children, adolescents and young adults younger than 20 years old.
• The 5 year survival rate for children diagnosed with Acute myeloid leukemia (AML)  is only 67 percent

We are making progress - LLS's continued advancements over the years are responsible for the blood cancer survival rate doubling and tripling; in some cases, the survival rate has even quadrupled - but we need your help!

Create A Team: Are you ready to go for the gold like the Average Joes? If your Dodge The Dark team is not yet created, click "Create A Team" on the left side of the page and become the team captain for your team by registering for Dodge The Dark.

Join A Team: If you are interested in participating in Dodge The Dark with your student organization, floor, or group of friends, click "Join A Team" on the left side of the page and search for your team. If your team appears, select "Join" and proceed with registration as a team member. Teams must have a minimum of 8 players and a maximum of 10 players.

Sponsor The Event: Is your business interested in becoming an event sponsor for Dodge The Dark? Click "Sponsor The Event" on the left side of the page to learn more about the benefits of sponsoring and to make a gift!

Donate To A Team: Support a fundraising team by donating and helping them earn advantages in the tournament! Search for a team on the bottom right of the page. All donations are greatly appreciated and are tax deductible. They'll not only support LLS research but patient services, advocacy, public and professional education, and community services as well.
