It's that time of year again... the Lombardi Run…. but they aren’t having it this year so we found another event to fund raise for! Raising money for cancer has been near and dear to my heart ever since my good friend Steve invited me to join his team several years ago. You, my supporters, have continued to blow me away every year with your generosity! Since 2013 you all have helped me raise $6540, with last year being the best at $2150!!! That is unbelievable! This year my goal is to raise $2500! I know it's a lofty goal, but I do it because I don't want others to have to go through what my uncle Charlie and his family did. All proceeds raised will benefit the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and its mission to support lifesaving research and patient services. I continue to hope and pray we find a cure for cancer.
