The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) Student Series campaign and Hope Hall are teaming up to raise funds for blood cancer research. Together, we are saving lives of blood cancer patients not Someday, but Today.

Hope Hall School is a private, non-sectarian, not-for-profit school designed for students with special learning needs, such as Central Auditory Processing Disorders, some forms of Autism, ADD/ADHD, anxiety disorders, or simply a low average IQ.

Our students come to us because they consistently experience frustration in the traditional classroom setting. Our school receives no funding from school districts, NY State, or the Federal Government. Each year we need to raise approximately 2.5 million dollars for operational expenses, so we rely on our dedicated donors and community to help us continue to meet the needs of our students and their families!

We currently serve approximately 150 students that attend grades 2-12, with over 85% of our students living at or below the poverty level.

Even though we are a small, private non-profit school, our students raised $3,049.11 dollars for last year's campaign--7th highest school in the Western and Central New York Chapter! We like to use the Pennies for Patients Campaign as a teaching tool. Our students learn the meaning of sacrifice and how to give back to those in need. 

Many of our own Hope Hall community have been affected by blood/bone marrow cancers, including Linda Foster, and the six-year old niece of one of our consultant teachers. We at Hope Hall take our commitment to partnering with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society very seriously, and to do all we can to support families and doctors trying to end this disease.
