Dear friends and family, I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who has already supported and shared my fundraising effort—it truly means more than I can express. I’m following up because this cause is so close to my heart. As many of you know, my son was diagnosed with Nodular Lymphocyte Predominant Hodgkin Lymphoma(NLPHL) last year. Today, he’s doing well, and I’m beyond grateful for the care and advancements that made that possible. I felt like I had to give back somehow. That’s why I’ve committed to riding over 1,700 miles from Houston to Niagara Falls as part of a continuous bike relay to support Blood Cancer United(formerly Leukemia & Lymphoma Society). Their work gives families like mine hope—hope for treatment, recovery, and more time together. I’m continuing to work toward my fundraising goal of $4,000, and I would be incredibly grateful for your support if you’re able to give or share my page with others. Please join me in supporting The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) by making a donation to my fundraising campaign. Thanks to your support, my efforts, will help fund the therapies and treatments and help save lives today.

LLS's continued advancements over the years, are responsible for the blood cancer survival rate doubling and tripling; in some cases, the survival rate has even quadrupled.

And many LLS supported therapies not only help blood cancer patients but are now used to treat patients with rare forms of stomach and skin cancers. They're even being tested in clinical trials for patients with a range of cancers including lung, brain, breast, pancreatic and prostate cancers. LLS funded drugs are now being tested for patients with other non-cancerous diseases like Diabetes, Rheumatoid Arthritis and Multiple Sclerosis.

We really are changing the face of blood cancer!
