What is LLS 

The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) is dedicated to curing blood cancers and improving the quality of life of cancer patients and their families. Although LLS is focused on blood cancer, its research has created drugs for many other cancers and noncancerous diseases too. LLS's advancements have allowed blood cancer survivor rates to double, triple, and in some cases quadruple!

Join our Cause

We have come together from 10 different schools across DC, MD, and VA to form Team Answer For Cancer and are excited to announce our record breaking goal of $66,000.  Large or small, your contribution to this worthy effort will be greatly appreciated.  All donations are tax deductible. To donate go to the box on the upper right hand side of this page.

In honor of my husband who is fighting MM daily and to our loved ones and friends that we have lost to Leukemia. We also donate to honor our dear friend's daughter who is young Leukemia survivor. Cancer took my Grandpa away when I was only 10 years old, and as days go by I see it taking away more and more grandpas, grandmas, dads, moms, and children. This is not right this is not how lives are suppose to end. With that, I believe the first step towards change is hope. It is with that, hope, that we shall continue on our journey, we will end the tears, and the pain, we will find the cure, we will end cancer, together.
