This June, I'm returning to ride in America's Most Beautiful Bike Ride around Lake Tahoe in support of Blood Cancer United (formerly, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society).

I ride long distance events because endurance sports have a way of teaching patience, discipline and perspective. But rides like this are also an opportunity to turn those miles into something meaningful.

Blood cancers affect thousands of families every year. The funds raised through this ride support research, treatment, and patient support programs that help people facing blood cancer diagnoses.
