Hi friends!
As many of you know, Moms In Training and Blood Cancer United (formerly Leukemia & Lymphoma Society) are close to my heart. I’ve been part of this amazing community for years—even running my 2nd marathon with them on my 56th birthday!
This year, as I turn 63 on November 4th, I’m also celebrating 17 years in remission from breast cancer. To mark the occasion, I’ve committed to run 63 miles in October and raise $1,700 to support Blood Cancer United’s lifesaving work.
What inspires me most is that the research Blood Cancer United funds doesn’t just help blood cancer patients—it often leads to breakthroughs for breast cancer and other cancers too. I’m living proof of how critical this progress is.
I’m so grateful for the support I’ve had on my own journey, and I run to make sure more people impacted by cancer can celebrate milestones of their own.
Thank you for cheering me on and helping me reach my goal! ❤️
