In 1944, 16‑year‑old Robert Roesler deVilliers lost his life to leukemia. His parents responded to unimaginable grief by founding Blood Cancer United, determined to create better treatments and spare other families the same heartbreak. Their courage and love are the foundation of everything we do.
As Board Members, we carry that legacy with us. Robert’s story is why we are stepping forward—together—to raise awareness and critical funds for the Dare to Dream Project. This initiative is transforming how children with blood cancer are treated, bringing the promise of precision medicine to kids who urgently need safer, more effective options.

Please join us in supporting Blood Cancer United's Dare to Dream Project! Your donation will directly fund therapies, treatments, and support resources for kids and young adults with blood cancers with 100% of donations made on this page will go directly to the Dare to Dream Project.
Every donation brings us closer to safer, more effective treatments designed just for kids. Together, we can give kids with cancer the brighter future they deserve. On behalf of blood cancer patients everywhere I thank you for your support!
