The Dave Brown Classic will be held on Sunday, August 11, 2019 at the Bike Stop Cafe. Dave is the founder and Captain of Team Bike Stop Café. He is a St. Charles native, the husband of Barb, and the father of three wonderful daughters. Since Dave started Team BSC, it has grown and flourished under his leadership, and they have raised thousands of dollars in many charity rides. In March Dave was diagnosed with high risk acute myeloid leukemia and has been treated at Siteman Cancer Center, receiving chemotherapy prior to a planned stem cell transplant that will hopefully happen later this year.
The Team is planning The Dave Brown Classic fundraising bike ride to celebrate everything Dave has done for the team, for the community, and for causes that benefit so many. Teammates decided that it was fitting to hold an event in his honor to support The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). Please join Team BSC to raise money and awareness of blood cancers, and for a day of fun and celebration of Dave and his journey.

Registration for the event costs $50, but you can add an additional donation to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Ride registration and all donations go directly to LLS. T-shirts are guaranteed for participants who register by July 28th. After that, t-shirts may be available for purchase.

- Medium route 20 miles
- Long route 44 miles (more hills!)
Fundraising for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society:
Upon registering for the ride, you’ll receive a personal fundraising webpage. Fundraising is not required to participate in the Dave Brown Classic. However, if you would like to raise additional dollars to support the LLS mission, you have the option of doing so with this tool.
