The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) Hero Squad Program is working with thousands of schools across the country to raise funds for blood cancer research and patient support services. Our school has partnered with LLS to take on the mission of ending cancer once and for all.

This year’s campaign we are dedicating our efforts in honor of one of our community members, Lindsay Slider.  Lindsay graduated from Wayne Valley in 2020 and is currently undergoing treatment for Lymphoma.  Recognizing the devastation that these diseases cause for families has steered our mission and this year we are proud to honor Lindsay and her family as we work to raise awareness and monetary support towards another research grant.  Schuyler is at it's best when working together to help others. 

*We are not raising funds for Lindsay. We are raising funds for LLS in Lindsay's honor.*

Thanks to your support, LLS is able to launch endeavors like The LLS Children's Initiative.

This initiative seeks to accelerate treatments with fewer harmful side effects so that young patients like Madelina (above) not only survive, but thrive, for generations to come.
