Welcome to Old River Elementary's Pennies for Patients Fundraising Page!

During our three week campaign, February 6-25, the students at Old River brought in their pennies and dollars and were able to raise $10,100.  This is AMAZING! 

Now there is a special extra opportunity for online donations through March 24.  Any donation of $100 or more on behalf of a student at Old River between March 13 and March 24 will receive a glow-in-the-dark T-Shirt.  The T-Shirt will be shipped directly to the address provided by the donor.

To Donate, simply click on the "Donate Now" button.  (Old River doesn't have individual teacher or student pages.)   In the "Your Message" box type the amount you donated with your Family's Last Name, and the Teacher's Last Name.  For example:  You donate $25, your last name is Morales, and your daughter is in Mrs. Hilliard's class.  Your message would be, "$25 from the Morales Family for Mrs. Hilliard's Class."

It's that simple!

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) Student Series campaign is working with thousands of schools across the country to raise funds for blood cancer research. They are saving lives of blood cancer patients not someday, but today!

Our school is joining the fight against blood cancers and helping LLS fund research and care for patients.

Thanks to schools like US and donors like YOU, there are more children and adults surviving every day.

All donations are greatly appreciated and are tax deductible. Donations support LLS research, patient services, advocacy, public and professional education, and community services.
