Hi! I am Alex Kline and welcome To My Fundraising Page.

I am a One Stone board member and high school student at One Stones Lab 51 graduating in 2022. I was nominated for the students of the year campaign and I am so excited to be a part of this. Throughout this journey I have continued to learn more about The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) every day and their significant impact on the fight against blood cancers. Initially this campaign got me interested due to my passion for genetics and just the desire to do good in my community. Since starting my Why has become so much more than that, I feel emotionally invested in LLS and am eager to help out however I can.

LLS's continued advancements over the years, are responsible for the blood cancer survival rate doubling and tripling; in some cases, the survival rate has even quadrupled.

And many LLS supported therapies not only help blood cancer patients but are now used to treat patients with rare forms of stomach and skin cancers. They're even being tested in clinical trials for patients with a range of cancers including lung, brain, breast, pancreatic and prostate cancers. LLS funded drugs are now being tested for patients with other non-cancerous diseases like Diabetes, Rheumatoid Arthritis and Multiple Sclerosis.

We really are changing the face of blood cancer!
