Student Visionaries of the Year New York City
Brandon and James Kaye | Team Unity for a Cure
Brandon & James's Student Visionaries of the Year Fundraiser
Our names are Brandon and James Kaye. We are 17 and 15 years respectively. Brandon is a junior at Riverdale Country School and James is a freshman at The Browning School. This year, we have the distinct honor of being selected as candidates for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) Student Visionaries of the Year campaign.
We are raising money to support all the endeavors and research of LLS in honor and memory of our uncle, Lucas Furst, who lost his battle with Leukemia last year at the very young age of 49. We have so many loving and fond memories of our Uncle Luke as he was an ever-present funny personality who was a smart, dedicated physician, a pilot, a remarkable cook and most importantly, always there for us.
Today, we ask for your generosity to assist LLS with a donation big or small. Every dollar that is raised will help fund cutting edge research and treatments leading to further breakthroughs in immunotherapy, genomics and the personalized medicine that is improving and saving the lives of patients everywhere.
With your help, we can start to make the impossible, possible and hopefully develop further treatments to eliminate blood cancers.
All donations are graciously appreciated and are tax-deductible.
Thank you for your support!

The best thing we can do is to help research help more people in memory of Lucas. And always remember his kindness and how much he was loved. From the Gottesmann family.
