Noor's Bio
My name is Noor Moezinia, and I am in 9th grade at the Spence School in New York City. This is my first year working with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and I am thrilled to be involved with such an impactful non-profit organization. This year I am a team member, striving to work with empathy and determination. I chose to collaborate with LLS because of its overwhelming influences on patients struggling with blood cancers and their families. It is such an amazing opportunity to make a tremendous impact on those affected both directly and indirectly. I am excited to collaborate during the 2022 Student of the Year Campaign. SOY is an amazing philanthropy and leadership fundraising competition in which high school students participate. All of the funds I am able to raise go directly towards blood cancer research, patient advocacy, patient services, and many other crucial programs. Now, with your help, I am able to work towards reaching our goal and spread LLS’s mission to “Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease, and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.” I urge you to please help us accomplish our goal and spread our mission. With your donation, no matter the amount, we are one step closer to finding the cure to blood cancer! I’ll be sure to keep you updated on our progress and strides. Thank you so much!
