Kate Haffke | Kids 4 the Cure
Welcome to Kate Haffke's SOY Fundraising Page!
My name is Kate and I am passionate about helping others, finding a cure for blood cancer and supporting LLS.
Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) mission is to find cures and ensure access to medical care for all blood cancer patients, as well as to improve the quality of life of patients and their families.
If you are like me and have always dreamed of making a difference in the world, you can start here by supporting LLS and changing one life at a time.
I am thrilled to be a candidate in the 2018 Students of the Year program, a seven-week fundraising campaign for high school students from northeast Ohio to benefit LLS.All of the funds I raise will go directly to patients battling or in remission from a blood cancer. My goal of this campaign is to make a change in patients and their families lives, and advocate for all blood cancer patients by bringing awareness in our community.
The funds I raise will also support local LLS initiatives, including their $1.2M investment in research for a cure at both Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and The Cleveland Clinic.
All donations are greatly appreciated and are tax-deductible. This battle is worth fighting, and I encourage you to do all you can.
Start today by donating to my campaign -
EVERY PENNY COUNTS!

Kate, we’re so proud of you for taking on this worthy cause! I’m donating in memory of a friend who just passed away last Thanksgiving from Leukemia. She was a fellow tennis player and also was my team captain for the last 3 years. She will be missed. Thanks again, Kate, for all your efforts!
