Dear Family and Friends,

I'm excited to share that I'll be participating in the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's "Students of the Year" campaign this year! This fundraising campaign will run from January 29th to March 19th of 2022. All of the funds raised will go towards blood cancer research at the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. This initiative is an incredible opportunity for students to work together with the goal of raising money and awareness for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. 

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society was founded in 1949, and is currently the world's largest non-profit financier of blood cancer research. Since 2017, they've aided in the approval of 85 percent of blood cancer treatments by the US Food and Drug Administration. In 2021, the Student of the Year initiative made up of teams of students just like mine raised well over a million dollars for the society!  I am ecstatic to be a member of such a wonderful institution.

Our fundraising target for this year is $50,000. This is an ambitious goal that we believe can be met with my team's hard work and the generosity of people just like you. A donation of any amount can make a difference in someone's life and get us closer to winning the battle against blood cancer. If you prefer to donate by mail, please make your check payable to The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and submit it to the address on the enclosed pre-addressed envelope. In the memo line, please write "Wild Cures" as our team name.
