We are three Hudson High School students who will be participating in the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Student of the Year Fundraiser. We will be competing with 26 other high school teams in Northern Ohio to not only win the title of Students of the Year, but also help kick cancer’s butt. We are so excited to be participating in this competition because so many people are affected by blood cancers and raising these funds are crucial to helping the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society continue to do the amazing things that benefit blood cancer patients!

Team Hudson Explorers, We are very impressed that you have chosen this remarkable organization to fundraise for. The LLS has invested over a billion dollars into blood cancer research that has helped to bring transformative medicine and treatments to patients. The survival rates for some leukemia’s are now the same as the general population thanks to the LLS’s funding. They are now focusing on the other tougher to treat leukemia’s like AML by leading the Beat AML Master Trial bringing together the best Cancer Centers and researchers across the country.
