Hello Everyone! 

Thank You for thaking the time to visit our page. We have  been nominated to participate in the Student of the Year fundraising campaign. We all have our own personal reasons for taking this opportunity, for example, Kylie's Grandma along with Kelsey's Dad have Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma, and a family friend of Carly's passed away in the second grade from leukemia. 

Students of the year is a seven-week fundraising campaign for high school students in Northern Ohio. At the end of the seven weeks, the student who raises the most funds receives a $2,500 college scholarship. We are determined to raise $25,000 between January 25th and March 13th. 

Since the 1960's the five-year survival rate for blood cancers has doubled, tripled, and even quadrupled! Even so, 1.2 million americans are still fighting or are in remission from blood cancers. Every three minutes another person joins the fight. The Leukemia and Lymphoma society (LLS) is the largest contributer to blood cancer research in the nation. In fact, LLS supported therapies now treat patients with rare forms of autoimmune diseases and is funding $1.2 million in research alone right here in Cleveland!

We invite you to join our team, Team KCK, in taking a stand against cancer! Together we can make a difference and be a part of making someday, today! 

Most importantly, please help us spread the word! We have found that so many people have been affected by cancer and want to get involved. Both our team and the LLs are fully commited to take a stand against blood cancer, and we hope you will stand with us.
