Students of the Year Cleveland

Please note that the content below reflects a draft version of this fundraiser.

Students of the Year is a seven-week fundraising competition for high school students in the Greater Cleveland area. At the end of the seven weeks, the student(s) who raise the most funds receives a $2,500 scholarship to the college/university of their choice!

Students of the Year candidates are those students who go above and beyond the call of duty, have a heart for philanthropy and want to make a difference in their community.

Our 2020 candidate teams represent the following schools: Laurel School, McDonald High School, Avon High School, Magnificat High School, Nordonia High School, Bay Village High School, Brunswick High School,  Independence high School, Gilmour Academy, Hathaway Brown School, Revere High School, Chagrin Falls High School, Solon HIgh School, Hudson High School, Kenston High School, Hawken School, Walsh Jesuit High School, Orange High School, Shaker Heights High School, Padua Franciscan High School and Highland High School.

This year, our students are raising funds in honor of Ali, a local blood cancer survivor. Despite a  relapse, brutal chemo therapy and a bone marrow transplant Ali rang the bell at University Hospitals in June 2018!

Our students believe that beating cancer is in our blood. Cancer is a bully, but they are not afraid to stand up and fight. We invite you to stand with them and join their fight!

Please consider making a donation to support their efforts or celebrate with them at Grand Finale, on Friday March 13th, 2020!
