It has been an incredible experience being a part of Students of the Year for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Spreading awareness and raising much needed funds has been only a part of this amazing journey. All of the heartwarming comments and emotional ties to the cause were so eye opening for us and reaffirmed our belief in being strong for others when they are not, and being charitable for others when they cannot. We hope that our campaign inspired our peers and our community to do more. Thank you to all those whose coaching, support, and donations helped us surpass our original fundraising goal and made us feel proud of our accomplishments. We will always remember there is power in working together for something good.  #TriplePower

An amazingly inspirational evening with Justin Tuck, 2-time Super Bowl Champion with the NYG. Joining together virtually to spread awareness for blood cancer was a humbling experience.

The strength of a team is each individual team member. The strength of each member is the team. We are so lucky to share this journey with our team members, because any goal worth pursuing cannot be accomplished alone!

All of us probably know someone who has battled cancer. It’s hard to understand how, even with the advances of modern medicine, this disease can still be affecting one out of every three people today, and that all of us will most likely be impacted by cancer in some way at some point in our lifetimes. Together, we have decided to take a stand against this trend, and are looking to help the more than 1.3 million Americans who are living with blood cancer today. 

This cause is very personal to us. Our uncle was 5 years old when he passed away from blood cancer. Without treatment options 50 years ago, his ability to survive this disease was impossible. If our uncle were a child today, with this disease, the treatment options available now would have been significant and he could have lived. It is our hope that by continuing to support LLS and the battle against blood cancer, no one else will have to live not knowing their uncle.

The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Students of the Year program has allowed us, collectively with our teammates, to create awareness, support, and donations for a cause that will impact cancer patients and their families for years to come. LLS has funded more than 60% of the new blood cancer treatment drugs approved by the FDA which are now being applied in other forms of cancer.  Each and every dollar donated to LLS brings us closer to our goal to end blood cancer and makes a tremendous impact for all cancer patients and their families. All donations are tax-deductible.
